Henry is a proud MLC Alumnus and no longer with the Centre.

Henry Gomes is a Masters student in the Literatures of Modernity programme (2016-2017), and also holds a BA in Arts and Contemporary Studies with a minor in Public Administration (2014) from Ryerson University. Henry’s research interests include exploring the effects of a globalized community on modern urban life, and studying the rhetorical tools used in sports media and journalism. At the MLC, Henry is involved in developing his skills related to archiving, collections management, and artifact preservation. He is also involved in Remembering the Real Winnie, an exhibition curated by Irene Gammel and hosted by the MLC Research Centre in the Assiniboine Park Pavilion Gallery in Winnipeg (November 7, 2016 – October 30, 2017).
