Warsan Amin holds an MA in Professional Communication from Ryerson University (2016), and an Honours BA in Philosophy from King’s University College at Western University. Her research interests include theories of orality and its impact on oral communication and knowledge preservation. In 2016, Warsan received the IABC Gold Quill Award for a digital communications strategy report. As the MLC Social Media strategist, Warsan is thrilled to be a part of MLC’s community of innovative researchers that seek to push the envelope in the world of academia.
