Audrey Willsey
Audrey is a proud MLC Alumna and no longer with the Centre.
Audrey Willsey obtained her BA in Communications Studies at York University (2017), focusing on communication theory, contemporary art practices and Canadian art history. She works for the Nikola Rukaj Gallery in Toronto, a commercial art gallery that specializes in modern and contemporary art including prints and original canvases, and she has been involved in art fairs across North America including Art Toronto, Art Miami, Art New York and Chicago. A contributing writer for Canadian Art magazine since 1986, she has also conducted curatorial research for Nancy Tousley, the recipient of the Governor General's Award for Visual and Media Arts in 2011. With a special vested interest in curatorial practices, Audrey is thrilled to be involved with the MLC’s archives and vast collections as part of Canada's 150th celebration.
