Modern Literature & Culture Research Centre & Gallery

An undergraduate student in Psychology at Ryerson University (2017), Alyssa Robinson is completing a Research practicum focusing on psychological theories of trauma and empathy, as well as on professional research report writing and annotated bibliographies. With an interest in Forensic Psychology, Alyssa’s primary research interests are post-traumatic stress and personality disorders in female inmate populations, and recidivism rate reduction through aftercare. At the MLC Research Centre, Alyssa is excited to gain valuable research experience with mentorship by Dr. Gammel and is thrilled to be a part of the MLC’s dynamic research team.
