Rozelen Carrillo Beck is an undergraduate student majoring in Psychology and minoring in Criminology at Ryerson University (2017). At the MLC Research Centre, supervised by Dr. Gammel, Rozelen is involved in a Research practicum for course credit, while also honing her skills in professional research report writing. Rozelen uses feminist approaches to examine social issues, and her research interests include social justice, politics, the intersection of psychology and the law. At the MLC Research Centre, Rozelen is excited to explore new perspectives and to gain valuable research experience, examining the role of empathy in vicarious trauma through a Psychology lens.
Sana is engaged in archival research and annotating articles related to the Telling COVID-19 Stories project.
Brenda assists the MLC Research Centre director and team with arts and research administration, while also supporting the MLC archive.
Angela assists with social media content, researching avant-garde women and issues of creative resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic.
