An MA student at Ryerson University’s Literatures of Modernity program (2016-2017), Ted Zhang holds an Honours BA in English from University of Toronto Scarborough (2016). His research interests include diaspora literature as well as the expression of trauma through literature. Ted Zhang has held positions as a teaching assistant in the Department of English at Ryerson (Fall 2016) and as a practicant at Tightrope Books, a small books press in Toronto. As a research assistant at the MLC Research Centre he is involved in researching women and war.
