Kailey Havelock
Kailey is a proud MLC Alumna and no longer with the Centre.
A SSHRC-funded MA student in the Literatures of Modernity program at Ryerson University (2016-2017), Kailey Havelock holds an Honours BA in English Literature and Creative Writing, with distinction, from Concordia University (2016). Kailey’s research interests include traumatological narratives in first-person retrospective British fiction and she greatly appreciates the opportunity to share and expand her scholarly knowledge and professional experience as a member of the MLC team, offering editorial support to the MLC’s publishing and outreach program. Kailey has held positions including editor-in-chief Soliloquies Anthology, publicity agent at The Puritan, and editorial assistant at Ryerson University’s White Wall Review. Other experiences include positions as staff writer at The Town Crier, publicist at the Slackline Creative Arts Series, and intern at The Cooke Agency.
