Karen is a proud MLC Alumna and no longer with the Centre.

Karen McEwen served as the Research Coordinator at the Modern Literature and Culture Research Center from 2010-11. She holds a BA in Communication Studies, with a double minor in Philosophy and Political Studies, from Concordia University. The recipient of several scholarships, Karen has also worked as a teaching assistant at Concordia and as a communications intern in Edmonton Alberta.

Having gained valuable experience at the MLC Research Centre, Karen was accepted into the Theory and Criticism MA Program at the University of Western Ontario. Following graduation, she accepted a position at Intact Insurance in Calgary in 2014.
